Setup Instructions

Step 1. Add ElderMark Plugin in EnquireLEADS Admin section (https://account.enquiresolutions.com/plugins)

Step 2. Verify that Care Group Types are setup correctly in EnquireLEADS and match Eldermark ServiceMinder using EnquireLEADS Type Admin Section.

Step 3. EnquireLEADS will provide Eldermark developers with PortalId and API keys

Step 4. Map CommunityUnique in EnquireLEADS to Commuity in ServiceMinder. Community account number + community number (eg 10052.500)

Step 5. In ServiceMinder there will be a button to begin syncing all Units.

Once these steps are complete a button will appear on all Resident Profiles in EnquireLEADS to "Push to ServiceMinder". Users will use this to move Residents to EnquireLEADS.

Eldermark will then complete Move-Out and Transfer actions to sync census actions in real-time.
