Updating an Individual's Campaign Status

Campaigns are a great way to keep track of events for your community. As you add individuals to a campaign, they will be marked as different statuses for the campaign.

What is an Individual's Campaign Status?

As you add individuals to a campaign, you will see the following statuses for individuals:

Invited_status.png

The Invited status indicates an individual has been invited to a campaign.

RSVP_status.png

The RSVP status indicates an individual has responded to the initial response and RSVP'd to the campaign.

Cancelled_status.png

The Cancelled status indicates an individual has reached out and cancelled their RSVP.

Attended_status.png

The Attended status indicates an individual has attended the campaign.

NoShow_status.png

The NoShow status indicates an individual has RSVP'd but didn't attend the campaign.

How to update an Individual's Campaign Status

From the Individual's profile:

  1. Navigate to the Individual whose campaign status you would like to update.
  2. Click the Campaign tab.

  3. To the right of the Campaign, click the small down arrow button and choose the desired status.Campaign_status_update.png

From the Campaign detail page:

  1. Click Campaign on the left menu.

  2. From the list of Active Campaigns, click the name of the Campaign you would like to update.
  3. To update a single individual, click the small down arrow to the right of the individual's name and choose the desired status.Campaign_status_campaign.png
  4. To update the status for more than one individual, click the small checkbox to the left of the individuals you would like to update and then choose the desired status for the selected individuals.Checkbox_for_campaigns.png
  5. To update the status for all individuals, click the checkbox at the top of the checkbox column and then choose the desired status for all individuals.Update_all_campaign.png
