A weekly view of Inquiries, Appointments, and Move Ins for your community.

Filters

Activity Assigned User, Community Name, Date, Current Week or Prior Week, Current Month or Prior Month, Inquiry Type, Appointment Type

Visualizations

Recent Inquiries table

A list of inquiries for the current month. An Inquiry activity is identified by the activity with a red question mark Sales Stage icon red_question_mark.png

Columns

  • Date - date of Inquiry
  • Community Abbreviation - the abbreviation for your community
  • Inquiry Type - activity type for the Inquiry
  • Individual Full Name - name of the inquiring individual
  • Primary Contact Full Name - name of the inquiring individual's primary contact
  • Care - care level for the inquiring individual
  • Market Source - market source for the inquiring individual
  • eLEADS Link - a direct link to the specified individual in EnquireLEADS

Upcoming Appointments table

A list of upcoming appointments. Appointments are determined by the following Master Types: Tour, Appointment, Assessment, Home Visit.upcoming_appointments_table.png

Columns

  • Date - date of Appointment
  • Community Abbreviation - the abbreviation for your community
  • Individual Full Name - name of the individual
  • Primary Contact Full Name - name of the individual's primary contact
  • Activity Type - type of activity for the appointment
  • Activity Assigned User - user assigned to the appointment
  • eLEADS Link - a direct link to the specified individual in EnquireLEADS

Total Inquiries card

Totals of various activities for your community.

Items

  • Total Inquiries - total number of completed activities marked with a red question mark Sales Stage icon red_question_mark.png
  • Referrals - total number of completed activities with an Activity Master Type of Referral
  • Web - total number of completed activities with an Activity Master Type of Web Form
  • Reinquiries - total number of completed activities that have been marked as a Reinquiry
  • First Tours - total number of completed activities marked with a red clock Sales Stage icon red_clock.png
  • Other Tours - total number of completed activities marked with the Activity Master Type of Tour excluding First Tours
  • Home Visit - total number of completed activities with an Activity Master Type of Home Visit
  • Assessments - total number of completed activities with an Activity Master Type of Assessment
  • Appointments - total number of completed activities with an Activity Master Type of Appointment

Move Ins table

A list of Move Ins for the current month. The Move Ins for this table are based on activities marked with a red suit case Sales Stage icon red_briefcase.png

Columns

  • Date - date of Move In
  • Community Abbreviation - the abbreviation for your community
  • Individual Full Name - name of the individual moving in
  • Activity Type - type of activity
  • Individual Assigned User - user currently assigned to the individual moving in
  • Care - care level of the individual
  • eLEADS Link - a direct link to the specified individual in EnquireLEADS

Past Appointments table

A list of completed appointments for the current month. Appointments in this table are determined by the following Activity Master Types: Tour, Appointment, Assessment, and Home Visit
