Push Prospect to Glennis:
Once the Glennis Integration is setup, a blue button to prompt the push to Glennis should appear on all individual profiles. Before you are able to push the prospect to Glennis, a few steps must be followed.
- Go to the preferred individual profile. (Follow the steps HERE to create a new prospect)
- Ensure the 'BirthDate' and 'Gender' fields are filled out.
- Locate the Glennis button at the top right of the profile.
- Once the Glennis button is clicked the profile will redirect to the latest Glennis bed availability list.
- Each bed shown will have a Reserved status as Yes or No.
- Locate the available bed and select the button on the far right of the page.
- NOTE: A list of available fields that are passed to Glennis can be found HERE
- Click the button and you will see a blue message notifying a successful push to Glennis.
- NOTE: If the BirthDate and Gender fields are not filled out you will see messages prompting you to fill them out before the push can be performed.
