Below are general terms used throughout our help section.
Menu Bar
The menu bar is used to navigate throughout the database. Quickly search for a profile, Add new profile, Complete an Advanced Search and be notified of any alerts.
Dashboard
The dashboard is where all of the user's activities and tasks will show up along with any upcoming move ins and move outs and new leads from your internet website.
Prospects and Residents
The prospect and resident databases resides under the respective tab.
Prospect and Resident Profile
A user can view a prospect or resident profile by clicking on their hyperlinked name.
Profile Edit Page
Users can edit prospects and residents by clicking on any field that is underlined with a Blue Dotted Line
Activity
Users can view their own open activities as well as their team members' open activities.
Calendar
Users can view their activity calendar here
Referral Sources
Users can view referral sources here
