Convert a Prospect to a Resident

  1. Navigate to the Prospect you would like to convert to a Resident.

  3. Click on the down arrow on the header card
  4. Marty_McFly_2.PNG
  5. Click Convert to Resident on the drop down listMarty_McFly_4.PNG
  6. Prospect will now become a Resident
