Adding a New Primary Contact to an existing profile
- Navigate to the profile you would like to add a new Primary Contact to.
- Click the Relationships tab.
- Click New Person, fill out the form, click the checkbox next to Primary Contact and click Add.
Creating a Prospect and a Primary Contact at the Same Time
- Click Add New at the top right of the page.
- Click Prospect.

Fill out the form with a prospect and a contact and click Add. (The contact that you add in this form will default to the primary contact.)
Change an Existing Contact/Relationship to a Primary Contact
- Navigate to the profile whose current relationship you would like to make a primary contact.
- Click the Relationships tab.
- Click the check mark below PC. This will mark that contact as the Primary Contact.
Note: PC = Primary Contact, EC = Emergency Contact and PA = Power of Attorney
