Changing the Initial Method of Inquiry

Did you accidentally choose the wrong initial method of inquiry when you created a new prospect profile? Don't worry! We have a way to fix it!


  1. Navigate to the Prospect Profile with the wrong initial method of inquiry.
  2. Click Activity
  3. Click on the Initial Inquiry Activity, this will be denoted by a small red question mark.
  4. Click the Type value. Change it to the correct type and click the blue check mark button to save your changes.
  5. Click the Description value. Change the description to correspond with the new Initial Inquiry type and click the blue check mark button to save your changes.
