How do I change my password?

  1. Sign into EnquireLEADS
  2. Click Settings at the bottom of the tray on the left
  3. Click "Your Settings"
  4. Type your new password into the Password field AND the Password confirm field and click Save

How do I reset my password if I've forgotten it?

  1. Navigate to
  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email address and click Send verification code.
  4. Check your inbox for an email with a subject of Microsoft on behalf of main. This email will contain your verification code.
  5. Enter the code from the email in the Verification code field and click Verify code.
  6. Your email address will now be verified. Below the Change e-mail button, click the Continue button
  7. Enter your new password and enter your new password again in the Confirm New Password field. Note that your password will need to adhere to the following guidelines: 8-16 characters, containing 3 out of 4 of the following: Lowercase characters, uppercase characters, digits (0-9), and one or more of the following symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; .
  8. Click Continue and you will now be logged into Enquire with your new password!

Note: Sometimes your inbox doesn't like us. Please check your spam or trash folders for your password reset email if you don't see it in your inbox.


My account has been locked out, what do I do?

You will need to contact your Community Admin to have your account unlocked. For security reasons, Enquire Solutions is unaware of who is locked out and why and cannot unlock accounts. If you are unsure who your Community Admin would be, please send an email to and we'll get the contact information for you. 


How do I change my Email Address?
