How do I change my password?

  1. Sign into EnquireLEADS
  2. Click Settings at the bottom of the tray on the left
  3. Click "Your Settings"
  4. Type your new password into the Password field AND the Password confirm field and click Save

How do I reset my password if I've forgotten it?

  1. Navigate to account.enquiresolutions.com
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter your email address and click Reset.
  4. Check your inbox for an email with instructions to reset your password.

NOTE: SOMETIMES YOUR INBOX DOES NOT LIKE US Sad.PNG   PLEASE CHECK SPAM AND TRASH FOR YOUR RESET PASSWORD EMAIL IF YOU DON'T SEE IT IN YOUR INBOX.

 

My account has been locked out, what do I do?

You will need to contact your Community Admin to have your account unlocked. For security reasons, Enquire Solutions is unaware of who is locked out and why and cannot unlock accounts. If you are unsure who your Community Admin would be, please send an email to support@enquiresolutions.com and we'll get the contact information for you. 

 

How do I change my Email Address?

Send an email to support@enquiresolutions.com and we'll get your email changed for you.
