Google Calendar Integration

Follow this setup guide to have your Google Calendar sync with Enquire CRM.

Note: If you or your Systems Administrator have any questions regarding the steps below. Please contact support@enquiresolutions.com.

Setup


Requirements:

  1. Your company must use Google Apps, this setup does not work for single Gmail Accounts.
  2. Enquire CRM must be made as a Service Delegate for all users.

Enabling Google Apps API

  1. Sign in to the Google Admin Console.
  2. From the dashboard, click Security.

  3. Scroll down and click to expand the API reference section.
  4. Check Enable API Access.

Enable Enquire CRM Access Account

  1. Log in as your Google App Admin.
  2. From the dashboard, click Security.

  3. Scroll down and click to expand the Advanced settings section.
  4. Click Manage API client access.

  5. Authorize the Enquire CRM Calendar scope using the following values:
     

    ClientId/Name:

    • 101994141140576452638

    Scope(s):

    • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar
  6. Click Authorize.

Setup in Enquire

You can provide our Enquire Support team with the Gmail username and password used to setup the API access in Google by sending an email to support@enquiresolutions.com or follow these steps to finish setup yourself.

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Click Exchange.

  3. In the upper right, click the + Add Exchange Server button.

  4. On the form, in the Exchange Version drop down, choose Gmail. In the Name field, enter a name for the server (i.e. Your Company Gmail), in the Url field, enter https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar, and in the Impersonation User and Impersonation Password fields, enter the username and password for the Google admin account you used to setup the API/integration access.
  5. Click Save.

Your company's user accounts will be added to the setup with a status of Pending. Once a valid connection has been established, user accounts will get a status of Syncing. Please allow up to an hour for the sync to begin.
