The Enquire Essentials - Snapshots reports give you a daily and weekly look at your communities activities. You can see how your day is being spent in regards to activities and what your upcoming week looks like.

Daily Dashboard


An overview of your due and completed activities for the current day.

 Filters

Activity due today table

A list of activities due for the current day.

Column Description
Date The current days date.
Activity Type The type of activity.
Start Time The time the activity starts.
End Time The time the activity endsd.
All Day Whether or not the activity is an all day activity.
Individual Full Name The name of the individual whom the activity is for.
CRM Link A link directly to the individual in Enquire CRM.
Assigned User The user assigned to the activity.
Email or Home Phone If the activity is an Email Out, this will display the individual's email address if there is one, otherwise it will display the individuals phone number in the Home Phone field on a profile.

A list of recent inquiries for your community.

Note: The Inquiry Type drop down above this table allows you to filter by specific inquiry types.

Column Description
Date The day the inquiry was recieved.
Community Abbreviation The abbreviation for your community.
Individual Full Name The name of the individual whom the activity is for.
Primary Contact The primary contact for the individual.
Individual Care The care level of the individual.
Market Source How the individual inquired about your community.
CRM Link A link directly to the individual in Enquire CRM.

Upcoming Appointments (Next 7 days) table

A list of appointments occurring in the next 7 days. An appointment is defined as an activity with a Master Type of Appointment, Assessment, Tour, and Home Visit.

Inquiries and Appointments by type card

A total of inquiries and tours by various types.

Item Description
Total Inquiries The total number of activities with a Master Type of Inquiry.
Referral The total number of activities with a Master Type of Referral.
Web The total number of activities with a Master Type of Web Form.
Reinquiry The total number of activities where Reinquiry is set Yes.
First Tours The total number of activities with a red clock sales stage icon  .
Other Tours The total number of activities with a Master Type of Tour and are not marked with a red clock sales stage icon.
Home Visit The total number of activities with a Master Type of Home Visit.
Assessments The total number of activities with a Master Type of Assessment.
Appointments The total number of activities with a Master Type of Appointment.

Move In (Activities) table

A list of recently completed Move In activities.
