CRM: Company Options

Company options in Enquire allow you to add additional functionality to increase workflow and accountability.

Option Description
Force Required Fields* Require your team to fill out fields crucial for your company's business.
Force Required Fields - No Dismiss* The same functionality as the Force Required Fields option, but users will not be able to dismiss the required field pop over.
Quick Add - Additional Fields Add and require Market Source, Lead Score/Status Code, and Care Level to the grey Add New drop down when adding an individual to your database.
Force Next Step Activities Once an activity is completed your team will be required to save and create a new activity.
Force Adding Referral Sources Require your team to add a Referral Source to an individual when a market source with a master type of Professional Referral is chosen.

*Required fields are determined by the Required checkbox when adding the field through Form Builder
