Activate your Enquire CRM account

Once your team goes through the on-boarding process with our implementation team you can begin activating your account.


Activation Email

  1. You will receive an email from Enquire Solutions with the subject of Activate your EnquireLEADS Account.
  2. In the body of the email, click the blue Activate Account link.
  3. On the account activation screen enter a password that meets the following criteria and then click the blue Submit button: 8-16 characters, containing 3 out of 4 of the following: Lowercase characters, uppercase characters, digits (0-9), and one or more of the following symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; .
  4. You will be redirected to the log in page for Enquire CRM. Enter your email address and the password you just created and click the blue Sign in button.

Account Activation FAQ

I am getting an Error when trying to sign in?

After you have activated your account, you will now log in at Do not click the Activate Account link in the activation email again. This will give you an error because your account has already been activated.

Why haven't I received the activation email?
It can take up to 10 mintues for the activation email to arrive in your inbox, but if you are waiting longer than this please reach out to our support team at and we can try resending the email.
