Confirming the Correct Prospect Appointment Time in Enquire MAP


Enquire MAP offers the ability to internally store appointment times in UTC time format (i.e. the time of the scheduled meeting that is shown in the Appointments Scheduler, the salesperson's calendar, and the corresponding email that is sent to the prospect).

Navigate to AssetsAppointments to set appropriate appointment times that will adjust for time zones. mceclip2.png

  1. Select and edit an existing appointment by clicking the edit (pencil) icon
  2. Click +New Appointment Scheduler 
    • Select/Assign a Name
    • Associate the appointments to specified employee
    • Select Continue

Please Note: The times depicted on the Contact's Timeline in Enquire MAP are in the current time zone and in UTC format and the recipient will see the time in their time zone. 

Enquire MAP will generate the confirmation email that is sent to a contact in their time zone:

Please note:  The scheduler will see the meeting in their time zone and the recipient will see it in their Google or Outlook calendar if the appointment scheduler is linked to an external calendar.
