Linked Emails or Auto-Responders
By default, auto-responders are created with an email that is linked to a global system template. A linked email cannot be edited as the email references a particular template. Linking the email to include all changes to the email that appears in various places. It should be managed in one place such as the Email Library.
Global templates cannot be edited but will allow creating various versions of the global template by unlinking a linked email. Unlinking a template enables one to edit the specific email and typically, all auto-responders linked to the same template. If changes are made to the template are made then all of the auto-responders will also change.
