Custom fields can be created to help further specify prospect data being captured. The process of doing this is found within the following steps:
Step 1: Access Enquire MAP then click Administration then Account Settings then
Step 2: A new window Custom Field Type appears and requires the following criteria to be filled in:
- Name - name of the field (i.e.: Has inquiry, Has Deposit, Market Source)
- Group name - name of the group (i.e.: EnquireCRM, EnquireMarketing)
- Data type (See below to depict typical drop-down menu)
- Asset (See below to depict typical drop-down menu)
- Options (1 per line) (i.e.: Location = list of locations if multiple sites)
- Default value (typically blank)
- Has Dynamic Options Needs to be Checked
- Save
Please note: Only admins are allowed to complete the setup, and the most custom fields are cloned over with each new account upon setup.
