How to Port Numbers from Another Provider


 

In order to port numbers from another provider, there are key steps to follow:

Step 1: Complete the Letter of Authorization (LOA) document to sign then return to the assigned Account Manager and/or email to support@enquiresolutions.com.

Step 2: Scan a recent bill for the numbers to remit to support@enquiresolutions.com.

 

Step 3: Submit a ticket to the current provider of the numbers notifying them that the numbers are being ported away. Important Note: A number outside of Enquire MAP is needed to forward the ported number to. mceclip0.png
