Setting Up the Default Language for the Account Web Form or Email
Enquire MAP provides the option to choose the default account language. Although it is set to English, the user can change it to any language. In Enquire MAP, select Administration then Account Settings then the Account Setup tab:
The new default language set up is will be used for all Landing pages, web forms, emails and appointment schedulers until changed in the setting. Additionally, there is an option to choose the language for a particular web form, following the next steps:
Step1: Open the edit page for the form you want to change the language on.
Step2: Inside the editor, click FORM PROPERTIES then change the language from the drop-down menu:
Step3: When editing an email as a separate template or inside a campaign, the default language can be changed with the EMAIL PROPERTIES button:
Note: This only changes the publicly visible system text which is anything editable (i.e. email, body text, etc) that will remain as default language English.
