Senior Insight Integration with Enquire MAP
Senior Insight’s primary focus is on electronic health records/medical records (EHR/EMR) for the senior living industry, offering a comprehensive, robust SaaS application. The SIP is accessed via the internet on a subscription basis, allowing healthcare providers to access the latest, most up-to- date information online. SaaS has multiple functions, including serving as a database that also acts as a single communication portal for all of your operational needs.
Senior Insight provides a powerful assisted living management platform to help provide the best care for community residents. Enquire MAP's integration with Senior Insight allows the community to send individuals from Enquire to Senior Insight plus receive ADT (Admit, Discharge, Transfer) events from Senior Insight that will populate form fields and create activities.
Setup Process:
- Sign third-party agreement - to begin using the integration with Senior Insight, the community must contact the Enquire Account Manager to send out a third-party agreement that needs to be signed by the following parties before Enquire can proceed with setup:
- The community's authorized signatory
- Senior Insight
- Enquire
- Once the third-party agreement has been signed, Senior Insight will send Enquire an Endpoint, a Username, and a Password unique to the community. Next, Enquire will add Senior Insight's Developer API user to the community's database to allow Senior Insight to create activities and update form fields.

Setup the following types and fields in Enquire MAP to ensure all activities and fields are correctly populated based on the ADT events received from Senior Insight

Step 1: Send an individual to Senior Insight involves the following, required fields and values:

Step 2: Navigate to the profile you would like to send to Senior Insight
In the upper right click the blue Senior Insight button.
If all required information is entered, you will receive a blue success notification letting you know the individual was successfully sent to Senior Insight:
Note: Upon a successful send to Senior Insight, the Senior Insight button will be removed from the profile to help prevent sending duplicates to Senior Insight. If any information is missing, a notification will be sent to indicate what still needs to be filled out
Census events from Senior Insight
When admit, discharge, and transfer census events occur in Senior Insight, if there is an associated individual in Enquire (sent from Enquire to Senior Insight using the "Senior Insight" button) the following updates will be made to the individual in Enquire:
Admit
- The Admit Date field is updated with the date the individual was admitted in Senior Insight
- The Room Number field is updated with the room number where they were admitted
- A completed activity will be created with the following information:
- An Activity Type of Admit
- An Activity Result of Contact Made
- A completed date set to the date and time the admit was completed in Senior Insight
Discharge
- The Discharge Date field is updated with the date the individual was discharged in Senior Insight
- A completed activity will be created with the following information:
- An Activity Type of Discharge
- An Activity Result of Contact Made
- A completed date set to the date and time the discharge was completed in Senior Insight
Transfer
- The Room Number field is updated with the room number where they transferred
- A completed activity will be created with the following information:
- An Activity Type of Transfer
- An Activity Result of Contact Made
- A completed date set to the date and time the transfer was completed in Senior Insight
