Enquire's integration with Real Page is a one way integration allowing users to send individuals from Enquire to Real Page's OneSite product.
Step 1: Request ODE Prospect Management from Real Page
In order for individuals to be sent to Real Page, "ODE - Prospect Management" must be enabled for each property where guest cards need to be inserted. Please reach out to your Real Page account manager to request the "ODE - Prospect Management" configuration. If this is already enabled, you do not need to reach out to your Real Page account manager.
Step 2: Create Enquire username and password
To grant Enquire access to the prospect management web service in Real Page OneSite, you will need to create a new user with access to all locations using the integration. Once the user has been created, provide it the role of SDE Manager. This user will be used to connect Enquire to Real Page, please send these credentials to your Enquire account manager.
Step 3: Provide Enquire with PMC and Site Ids
Reach out to your Real Page account manager and request the PMC Id and Site Id for each location using the Real Page integration. These Ids are used to ensure individuals are correctly sent from Enquire to Real Page.
Enquire can sent a profile to Real Page with the following fields and their values:

Send an individual to Real Page
In the upper right section of the profile, click the blue button labeled Real Page. This will send the individual to Real Page with the above fields and their values.
