The following guides you through how to retrieve the existing standard reports via Enquire's Analytics reports. Each report will contain all the same data points as the previous report in addition to more filter options and interactivity.
Activity Report
The Activity Report can be recreated in the Activity and People Analytics report.
To run the Activity Report via the Activity and People Analytics report:
- Click the Activities tab.
- At the top of the summary page, click the "Detail" icon (page with magnifying glass).
- Filter the report as desired with the drop downs and date selectors along the top of the page.

Inventory
The Inventory report can be recreated using the Census Analytics report.
To run the Inventory report via the Census Analytics report:
- Click the Inventory Board tab.
- Filter the report as desired with the drop downs along the top of the page.

Move In/Out
The Move In/Out report can be recreated using the Census Analytics Resident Detail tab.
To run the Move In/Out report via the Census Analytics report:
- Click the Move In or Move Out tab.
- Along the top of either of these reports, click the "Detail" icon along the top of the report.

Activity Summary
The Activity Summary can be recreated in the Activity and People Analytics report.
To run the Activity Summary report via the Activity and People Analytics report:
- Click the Activities tab.
- Filter the report as desired with the drop downs along the top of the page and right-hand filter pane.
- If you would like to view Completed Activities by user, click the user icon along the top of report.

New Inquiry
The New Inquiry report can be recreated in the Activity and People Analytics report using the New Leads Summary page.
To run the New Inquiry report via the Activity and People Analytics report:
- Click the New Leads tab.
- Along the top of the New Leads page, click the Detail icon.
- Filter the report as desired with the drop downs along the top of the page and the blue filter pane on the right-hand side of the page. Adjust dates using the "Date Pick" or "Date Range" icons along the top.

Market Source
The Market Source report can be recreated in the Sales and Marketing Analytics report using the bottom left visual of the Sales Summary page.
To run the Market Source report via the Sales and Marketing Analytics report:
- Click the Market Source tab.
- Filter the report as desired with the drop downs along the top of the page and the blue filter pane on the right-hand side of the page. Adjust dates using the "Date Pick" or "Date Range" icons along the top.

Occupancy
The Occupancy report can be recreated in the Census Analytics report using the page.
To run the Occupancy report via the Census Analytics report:
- Click the Summary tab.
- Hover over the bottom Detail visual and click the Focus Mode icon.
- This visual defaults month to date. If you would like to view this for a specific time frame, click the "Date Pick" or "Date Range" icons and update the Period Start and Period End date filters before clicking Focus Mode.
- Click the plus and minus buttons to the far left of each row to expand and collapse levels of detail.

Waitlist & Deposit
The Waitlist & Deposit report can be recreated in the Census Analytics report using the Wait List page and Transactions page. If you are not using Enquire's new Waitlist feautre, you will need to use the Waitlist Module report to view your waitlist.
To run the Wait List report via the Census Analytics report:
- Click the Wait List tab.
- Filter the report as desired with the drop downs and date selectors along the top of the page.
To run the Deposits report via the Census Analytics report:
- Click the Transactions tab.
- Using the Transaction Type filter at the top of the report, choose the type(s) your company uses for deposits.
To run the Wait List report via the Wait List Module report if your company is not using the new Wait List feature:
- On the reports page of Enquire, click the report named Wait List Module.

Referral Report
The Referral Report can be recreated in the Sales and Marketing Analytics report using the bottom left visual found on the Referral Summary tab.
To run the Referral Report via the Sales and Marketing Analytics:
- Click the Referral Summary tab.
- Filter the report as desired with the drop downs along the top of the page and the blue filter pane on the right-hand side. Adjust dates using the "Date Pick" or "Date Range" icons.

Sales Conversion
The Sales Conversion report can be recreated in the Sales and Marketing Analytics report using the Sales Summary tab.
To run the Sales Conversion report via the Sales and Marketing Analytics:
- Click the Sales Summary tab.
- This page defaults to the last 30 days. If you would like to view this for a specific time frame, click the calendar icon and update the Period Start and Period End date filters.

Exporting Data
Each visual on a report can be exported to Excel. To export to Excel:
- Hover over the visual you would like to export data for and click the ellipses (...) in the upper right. Click Export data.
- On the Export data modal, click the Summarized data radio button, leave the file format as .xlsx (Excel), and click Export.
Note: Some visuals will only export data in a Summarized format.
