Your calendar in Enquire will display activities scheduled in Enquire as well as synced events from your work calendar if you're using either our Google Calendar or Microsoft Exchange integration.

Activity and event criteria
Your calendar in Enquire will display activities and events based on the following criteria:
- Past activities and events will only be displayed for the last 10 days.
- All scheduled activities (with a specified start and end time) will be displayed up to 80 days in the future.
- Activities marked as All Day = Yes will not display. This includes activities created via the Log Activity tab on the activity box.
- Activities with a status of Rescheduled, Cancelled, or No Show will not be displayed.
Navigation
The set of buttons in the upper left allow you to navigate across different days, weeks, and months depending on your view.
Left and right arrows
Jump back a day, week or month using the left arrow and forward with the right arrow.
Today
Jump back to the current day. The current day will always display with light yellow highlight.
Calendar views
The set of buttons in the upper right of the calendar page allows you to change the view of your calendar to help you better organize your days, weeks, and months. The calendar will always default to the month view.
Week
Displays your calendar in a week view, Saturday to Sunday, by days and hour. Defaults to the current week.
Day
Displays your calendar for a specific day by hour. Defaults to the current day.
Month
Displays your calendar for a specified month. Defaults to the current month.
