Redirect Phone Calls and Leads to Appropriate Salesperson in Enquire MAP
Provided you have the Corporate Marketer package of Enquire MAP, sales people have the ability to claim leads. This is essentially the same concept as assigning a contact manager for a specific contact.
- If Forward to Assigned Contact manager checked, any phone calls that are received from a managed contact will be routed to that sales person's phone number.
In the Sales Notifications workflow, the sales lead notification can be directed to the right salesperson.
Direct the notification to the assigned salesperson:
