When Receiving Email Test Error: 501 Sender Syntax Error
The User trying to send a test email from the campaign prior to sending out to full campaign audience, and they incur Error: 501 Sender Syntax Error
If trying to send the test from an employee email, and have set the send from to a variable then the email test will not go through.
In order for a test to go through, it needs to send from an email that has an account manager and since employees do not have account managers, the test will not be sent and the error above will appear.
Solution Suggestion
If the default from address is set as a variable (see image below) , check to see if the email address used to send the test to belongs to an employee. If it is does then change it to a personal gmail account for testing purposes. Try to send the test email again.
