How to Grant Enquire MAP Support Access to the Agency or Sub-Agency Accounts in Enquire MAP
In order to be fully (GDPR) General Data Protection Regulation compliant, we are now ask the account Administrators to grant our Enquire MAP Support team access to the Agency or Sub-Agency accounts in the event of extra help needed that involves accessing the database, email correspondence or personal data of the contacts. Additionally, Enquire MAP Support will be unable to see any details of the accounts without having this access.

How to Provide Access to the Agency and Sub-Agency Account Data
Navigate to Administration > Account Settings > Account Setup tab > Support Access section.
When the access is granted, the name of the person who has given our support permissions to access the account and the expiration date. Repeat access can be granted if additional time is needed by clicking the green GRANT ACCESS button on right-hand side of page:
Ability to evoke access at any time. Instead of the green button there will appear a red button to REVOKE ACCESS on the right-hand side of page. Click this button to revoke it before the expiration date:
