How to Use Agency Brand on Client Lead Notifications within Enquire MAP
- Navigate to Adminstration > Account Settings > Account Setup Tab > Lead Notification Brand Field
- Set the Lead Notification Brand to the agency brand on the client Agency account. All lead notifications that are sent using a template that is linked to a system template or one of the email templates in the agency master account, will use this brand.
- Create lead notification templates in the Agency account under Assets > Email Template Library.
- Set the brand of the template to the Agency brand.
- Link to these templates in the client workflows by replacing existing Email Sales/Marketing workflow actions with a new action. When creating the new action, choose one of the Agency templates and link to the template.
