Common Filters Used to Omit Bad Leads in Enquire MAP

With a corporate marketer package, the User may edit the sales lead notification workflow to cut out or omit unwanted leads.

Navigate to Automation > Lead Processing to access the Sales Lead Notification or Web Form Processing workflow. Start with the following steps:

  1. Utilize the decision block - The decision block is based on the power of the query builder.

Using the decision block, the User may omit unwanted leads that should not enter into the system.  In the below example, we edit the basic Sales Lead Notification  or Web Form Processing workflow to look to see if a form submit is coming from a specific country before sending an email to Sales. If it is NOT coming from the specified country, it is coming from somewhere else. This is just fine and an alert to Sales is sent.           blobid1.jpg

Please Note: The User may also stop a specific form from initiating all workflows within the form builder. Using a set up like above, the User may introduce various types of decisions before the Sales team is notified.

  2. Different Needs/Different Queries!  Please Note: The below examples assume the queries will be set to Does Not Equal. Depending on the User case, the query criteria and the connection to the next action/decision in the workflow may differ.

  3. Filtering by Country

  4. Non-Business Address - The User may not want leads that do not have a business based email address coming into the system

  5. Blocked Organizations - If blocking an organization, The User probably doesn't want to receive any of their leads!
