How to Use Dynamic Fields in Workflows in Enquire MAP

Workflows provide both Decision and Action widgets. These widgets will often have configurable parameters. In some cases, the value provided can by dynamic or be based off of variables included in a given campaign.

For example, The Community has an event campaign that will have date defined for the event itself. In a workflow using a Wait widget, I.E. instead of waiting 6 days, the community may want to say wait 6 days after the event date. The Community would use a dynamic value.

Examples of dynamic values:

%CAMPAIGN.EVENT_DATE% + 45.minutes

Using %CAMPAIGN.EVENT_DATE% is called a System Defined Field. In this particular case, the system defined field is a date value. Only system defined field that are defined as a date values can be used. Using a date driven system defined field, apply the following formula:

[date System Defined Field] [+-] [digits].[minutes|hours|days|months|years]
