Receiving Text Messages

If the prospect sends a text message, the User can read it from the Chrome extension SMS Messenger app (requires a sales user license)

The User can set up automatic text forwarding on the number edit screen

The default text in the Forwarded Text Message edit identifies where the SMS came from.

Account: %CONTACT.PROSPECT_ACCOUNT.BUSINESS_NAME%

Contact: %CONTACT.NAME%

Phone: %CONTACT_HISTORY.TEXT_MESSAGE.FROM_PHONE.PHONE_NUMBER%

Texted to: %CONTACT_HISTORY.TEXT_MESSAGE.TO_PHONE.PHONE_NUMBER%

View Contact: %CONTACT.EDIT_LINK%

%CONTACT_HISTORY.TEXT_MESSAGE.MESSAGE%

Or the User can route the SMS to a phone number. Every time someone texts to a tracked number this workflow fires.

We suggest putting in a decision to route SMS messages:

with this query

then daisy chain queries to get the right message to the right sales person

We suggest something to this sales query

Using this dynamic field to relay the message to Mary :

From: %CONTACT.FULL_NAME%:%CONTACT.PHONE.PHONE_NUMBER%

%CONTACT_HISTORY.TEXT_MESSAGE.MESSAGE%
