Analytics Features Available in Enquire MAP
With Enquire MAP reporting the user is able to access important data on the client or prospect's journey, as well as access accurate attribution information for Company marketing efforts - All under one interface!
Please Note: Enquire MAP will attempt to suppress activities performed by employees of the account in the reporting. As Marketers, we are often doing a lot of testing, so if wanting to see the tests in the reports, be sure to test with a prospect (i.e., a contact that is not an employee of the account).
How to Access Reporting
Reports can be accessed inside the Enquire MAP interface by navigating to Analytics > Reports. Please Note: Reference Common Definitions Used in Reports While in Enquire MAP for more information on the language and terminology used in the reports.
Widgets can be accessed inside the Enquire MAP interface by navigating to Analytics > Dashboard > Click Add Content! icon.
Types of Reporting
Lead Funnel Report
The lead funnel report displays data on prospects as they move from New Lead to Sales-Ready Lead and to a Claimed Lead.
Why use it? This report provides insight into where the contacts are in the sales funnel, as well as metrics on where and how the conversion happened.

Phone Report
The phone report displays call tracking data that includes who called, when they called, call duration, and other forms of attribution like keywords, landing pages, ad groups, location, and call forensics.
Why use it? The report enables the user to track important data on attribution for the call tracking numbers and the DNI pools.

Social Media Campaign Report
The social media campaign report displays data associated with a specific Enquire MAP social media campaigns.
Why use it? This report provides insight into social engagement, posts, site visits, new leads, and goal completions as a result of the social media campaigns.

Campaign Comparison Report
The campaign comparison report compares every campaign type initiated across the account. This includes Drip Campaigns, Newsletter Campaigns, Generic Campaigns, and Event Campaigns. For a list of all available campaign types, please reference the Campaign Types in Enquire MAP.
Why use it? This report provides visibility into how all of the campaigns are performing under one interface. Data in this report includes website visitors, new leads, total leads, and goal completions.

Visit Sources Report
The visit sources report depicts how many visitors are accessing the website(s).
Why use it? This report provides information on how the website is being accessed through various marketing channels.

Campaign Summary Report
The campaign summary report displays an overview of data for all types of campaigns in Enquire MAP to include Drip Campaigns, Newsletter Campaigns, Generic Campaigns, and Event Campaigns. For a list of all available campaign types, please reference the Campaign Types in Enquire MAP.
Why use it? This report provides valuable insight into website visitors, leads, goals, and conversions across all campaign types.

Survey Results Report
The survey results report provides data on survey fields used in the Assets: Web Forms.
Why use it? This report displays reporting on survey fields used in the Enquire MAP forms and campaigns.

Drip Campaign Report
The drip campaign report displays data associated with the Drip Campaigns in Enquire MAP.
Why use it? This report displays information on contact participants, exits, activity, link clicks and leads as a result of the drip campaigns.

Email campaign Report
The email campaign report displays data associated with the Newsletter Campaigns.
Why use it? This report provides insight into how the newsletter campaigns are performing to include unsubscribes, opens, link clicks, new leads and more.

Conversion Attribution Report
The conversion attribution report displays data on all conversions within a time period selected.
Why use it? This report displays data on website visitors, conversions, goal completions, goal completion leads, and other general data on leads from campaigns in Enquire MAP.

First Conversion Attribution Report
The first conversion attribution report displays data about where the first conversion of the contacts originated within a time period select.
Why use it? This report details where the first touch point of a contacts first conversion originated, I.E., If a contact submits a form then they clicked a link in an email to get to this form, this report will indicate that the contact was introduced through an email.

First Visit Conversion Attribution Report
This report details how the first visit originated for a contact that led to a conversion.
Why use it? This report provides attribution on where a contact originated from to include website visits, conversions, new leads, and goal completions.

Form Report
The form report displays data associated with the forms that are built or associated with Enquire MAP.
Why use it? This report depicts all contact data associated with the form submit as well as when it was submitted, the medium, and source.

Phone Rollup Report
This report is identical to the basic phone report except it gathers all call information from call tracking numbers in the Agency and Sub-Agency accounts.
Why use it? This report is useful for agencies with many Sub-Agency accounts and call tracking numbers, as it displays all Sub-Agency accounts' phone call information in one report.

Contact Custom Field Details
This report provides a view of contacts in the context of selected custom single option picklist.
Why use it? This report is useful for viewing the contact DB as a funnel based on a single option picklist custom field (I.E, Role, Deal Stage, Etc.)

Organization Custom Field Drilldown Report
This report provides a view of Companies (Organizations) based on classification by a custom organization level single option picklist.
Why use it? This report is useful for viewing the Account DB as a funnel based on a single option picklist custom field - great for account based marketing!

Widgets
With widgets, easily viewable and accessible dashboards or custom email reports can be created with important data from the marketing initiatives. These widgets provide data from Analytics > Reports, and also provide unique metrics with specialized widgets.
Access the widgets section by navigating to Analytics > Dashboard > Click Add Content button. Below is a list of the widget sections, each section containing multiple widgets.
Custom Widgets
Custom widgets display information from other resources integrated through Enquire MAP to include Google, Facebook, and Google Sheets. The available data types include: Line Graph, Donut Graph, Table, Value, and % Change.
Google Analytics
The Google Analytics widget category provides access to many of the most commonly used metrics in google analytics. This data is available once Google is integrated on the Enquire MAP account.
Google Ads
The Google Ads widget category provides access to many of the most commonly used metrics in Google Ads.
Google Sheets
The Google Sheets widget category provides access to data produced on Google Sheets.
The Facebook Category provides access to metrics in the Facebook business profile as well as the Facebook Ads account.
Campaigns
This widget section contains data associated with the campaigns. Instead of a full report, the User can pick which metrics to see on the dashboard.
Conversions and Attributions
The conversions and attributions section contains widgets that showcase data on goals inside the marketing initiatives in Enquire MAP.
Audiences
The audience widgets contains changes, counts, and trends on data associated with the contact lists.
Call Tracking
The call tracking widget sections contains data associated with the phone report. This section also contains specialized widgets like recent phone calls with recordings, phone calls by day of the week, and call tracking summary (includes total calls, first-time callers, accepted calls, missed calls).
Other
The Other widgets sections contain useful widgets like a Geo-IP based map, top visited pages, appointment calendar bookings, Linkedin metrics, Twitter metrics, and more.
