User: Assign a user to a location

Assigning a user to a location within your company allows the selected user to receive alerts for different functions in Enquire.

  1. Click Admin on the left menu.
  2. Click Community on the left admin menu.
  3. In the name column, click the name of the location where you would like to assign a user.
  4. On the location's details page, click the Edit button in the upper right.
  5. At the bottom of the edit community form, click into the Assigned User drop down and select a user.
  6. Click Save to finish editing and save your changes.
