Setting up the Tracking Script for the Community Website in Enquire MAP

Please Note: if using WordPress, Enquire recommends that the User install the tracking script using Enquire's WordPress plugin. If not using WordPress but are using Google Tag Manager, please view the Google Tag Manager install instructions.

A powerful feature of Enquire MAP is its ability to collect and report on online activity associated with the contacts. Connecting the Community website to Enquire MAP is relatively simple.

  1. Add the the account tracking script to every page of the website. The tracking script can be found in the account settings.

Please Note: Enquire has changed the format of the script. The OLD system used a universal script that was the same for all accounts.

Using the NEW format, each account has a UNIQUE script. The unique script can be found in the account settings of the account.

The script should be located directly BEFORE the closing tag.

Many Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Joomla and Drupal (or others) often include an interface that allows users to add a tracking code to all pages.

If the User is not certain how to add the script to the website, contact the Community website administrator or the Enquire MAP support team.

Note: Enquire MAP will only track form submits and visits from the domain configured in the account. If the User is trying to work on a development site, please contact Enquire MAP Support.

Please reach out to the dedicated Enquire Account Manager or Enquire MAP Support team for further assistance.
