Notes allow you to add detail to an individual and can help keep your team up to date about next steps.
Add a note
- Click Notes along the top of an individual's profile.
- Click into the notes text field and enter your desired text. Once finished, click Add.
- Your note will then be added with the date and time the note was created.
- Tap the Notes row towards the bottom of an individual's profile.
- Tap into the text area at the top of the notes page and enter your desired text. Once finished, tap Save in the upper right of the screen or on the top right of the keyboard.
- Your note will then be added with a time the note was created.
Note: You can use the dictation feature on your phone to enter notes using speech to text. Tap the note text area to bring up your keyboard and then tap the microphone icon in the bottom right.
Edit a note
- Click the Edit button below the note you would like to edit.
- Update the note text with your desired change. Once finished, click Save.
