How to install UTM Source and Medium mapping in Enquire MAP lead processing workflows
- Go to Automations > Lead Processing Workflows in your Enquire MAP account.
- Open the workflow ‘Enquire Web Form Processing - A1’
- Disconnect the ‘has contact information’ decision widget from the ‘set custom field market source’ widget.

Delete the ‘set custom field market source’ widget and associated note.

Insert a new decision widget
- Name the widget to reflect the UTM marker you want to tag, for e.g. ‘UTM = WEB-Google Paid?”
- Set the fields within the decision as follows:
Group 1:

AND |
Group 2:

Regex (Regular Expression): will look for specific expression(s) within the UTM parameter.
Multiple expressions may be put as variables within this decision step. Separate values using the pipe | character (see example below).
Insert a new action widget for “Set Custom Field”
Name the widget to reflect the custom field you want to assign to this UTM query, for e.g. “Set Custom Field - Market Source - WEB-Google Paid”
Set the fields within the action as follows:
- Custom Field = Contact - Market Source
- Custom Field Value = *Insert Custom Field Value e.g. WEB-Google Paid*
*NOTE: Custom Field Market Source values must be updated in the CRM and in the MAP Account Settings. Market Source values for digital activities are recommended to begin with “WEB - [value]” for CRM usage and reporting. For questions about adding Market Source values to the CRM or MAP, contact your Enquire Account Manager.
Connect the new decision widget to the new set custom field widget using the TRUE connector (green line)
To set the additional UTM queries, follow steps 4-10 until all UTM query logic is set up for every digital market source needed. Connect each pair to the previous using FALSE connectors.

All decision blocks should have a TRUE connector to the action step + a FALSE connector to the next UTM query decision step.
Connect the FALSE connector from the decision step to
the next decision block for the next UTM query

the default ‘set Market Source’ action block for web inquiries (see steps 14-15)
The final decision widget should also connect to a SECOND action widget as follows:
Name the widget to reflect that this will capture any untagged market sources , for e.g. “Set Custom Field - Market Source - Web Form”
Set the fields within the action as follows:
Custom Field = Contact - Market Source
Custom Field Value = *Insert Custom Field Value closest to ‘Web Form’*
Connect all of the Set Custom Field action widgets to the ‘Web form - looking for self?’ Decision block.
